Set in the heart of one of the most eclectic and vibrant seafronts in the UK, Hilton Brighton Metropole perfectly captures the character of this much-loved city. The hotel has recently undergone a £26 million pound refurbishment which has modernised the property, while still retaining its classic Victorian elegance and charm.

The grand 1890 At The Met Restaurant offers unbeatable sea views whilst you dine. With their traditional Sunday Lunch or their immersive fun-dining experience, Le Petit Chef, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
The Metropole Bar and Terrace is the ideal setting for any occasion: with an air of timeless glamour and stunning sea views, it is a great place to relax and take in one of the world’s best sunsets. Drag yourself into the Brighton scene with their monthly Drag Brunch, enjoy 90 minutes of bottomless Prosecco and a two course brunch menu whilst you are immersed into the world of drag by their three resident drag queens. You can also join in with the show and enjoy their special edition drag cocktails, each inspired by the fabulous queens. Throughout the week you can enjoy a Bottomless Brunch, Traditional Afternoon Tea and their magnificent cocktail menu.
Their onsite fitness centre, LivingWell, offers the perfect relaxation and fitness amenities to both guests of the hotel as well as the public. Its facilities include, an indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, as well as a fully equipped gym. 2023 saw the introduction of their brand new onsite spa, PURE Spa Brighton. Equipped with 24 flexible event rooms that have a total of 5,000 square metres of space, they can hold up to 3,000 guests. They have meeting packages, on-property tech support, cargo entrances, and creative breaks.
