How to Advertise Your Event

Book main brochure, family guide or web advertising online using Eventotron for Brighton Fringe 2020

There are different advertising options you can book, pay for and upload artwork for through Eventotron. These are:

  • Main Brochure advertising
  • Main Brochure flyer inserts
  • Family Guide advertising
  • Brighton Fringe web advertising – box ads and leaderboard ad

TIP: Book advertising through Eventotron before 6 December to receive a 10% discount.

To book advertising through Eventotron, you'll first need to log in. The 'Advertising' section can be found in your event profile, as indicated below.

Once in this section, you can see which advertising options are available and indicate which ones you would like to browse. Select ‘yes’ to see what’s on offer in each. We’d recommend you look through them all to see which works best for you and your budget.

For print advertising

When you’re looking through each section you’ll be able to see information about pricing, specifications for artwork and on the right you’ll be able to see an example of position and scale of the ad in relation to the publication or website.

When you’ve decided what to go for, click ‘BOOK IT!

Once you’ve clicked ‘BOOK IT!’, you’ll see the amount owed is added to the ‘Payments’ tab. You will also now see an option to upload artwork.

For online advertising

If you choose to book online advertising (box or leaderboard) you will be asked to choose a month, a start date, and then the length of run you’d like to book. All start dates are Mondays.

For example, if you wanted to book a box ad from 16 December – 12 January you would select the options as shown below:

You would then click ‘BROWSE’ to upload artwork.


Once you have uploaded artwork, go to the ‘PAYMENTS’ tab and click ‘PAY NOW’ to make payment.

Once payment is made, your booking is complete!
