Online and Telephone Sales
Please be aware that there is a charge of 85 pence per ticket for all bookings, with a cap of 6 tickets (so after the 6th ticket there are no further ticket fees). This is applicable when booking online through our website or through the app, and also over the telephone.
Silver, Gold and Platinum level members of the Friends of Brighton Fringe do not have to pay any booking fees. To avoid bookings fees, take advantage of the priority booking period, access hundreds of 2 for 1 ticket deals and benefit from a whole host of year-round discounts at bars and restaurants across Brighton and Hove, become a member today.
Please be aware tickets bought through other websites will incur different fees and charges, as well as transaction charges. The fees mentioned here only apply to tickets bought through brightonfringe.org.
Counter Sales
There is an 85p per ticket fee (up to a maximum of £5.10) for each order purchased over the counter through the Brighton Fringe Box Office. This is the same as the online fee.
Venue Ticket Purchases
It may also be possible to purchase tickets from the venue where your event takes place, please contact the venue directly for confirmation of this or check the website listed against each venue.

Collections by Post
If you select the post option, your tickets will be mailed to the address you have specified. The email you receive after your purchase contains all the information about your booking. This email can be re-sent from within your user account.
If for any reason you do not receive your printed tickets, please contact the Fringe Box Office as soon as possible. Please note, it can take up to 2 weeks for tickets to be posted out.
Collection in Person
If you have selected to collect your tickets from the Box Office, please prepare your email confirmation on your smart phone or as a physical copy. Take this either directly to the venue, a Brighton Fringe Box Office, or any Fringe Ticket Collection Point where they can validate your booking.
If you do not have access to a smart phone, are unable to print at home, or you forget your tickets, please make a note of the Booking Reference number and the venue may be able to accept this. You should also bring some ID along with you to the event and you should always bring the card that you purchased the tickets with.
You can also collect printed tickets from the Brighton Fringe Box Office and any Fringe Ticket Collection Point, using just the card that you purchased the tickets with.
