Award winning (Audience Choice Award: Best Brighton Fringe Venue Winner 2024 and Best Small Venue 2025) intimate venue offering performances in a residential home and established gardens. We have 2 performance spaces, one inside and outside with seating capacity of 35 and 25 respectively. We offer a licenced bar serving alcohol, hot drinks and light refreshments. Toilet facilities are available for ticket holders and we are within close proximity to Hanover which offers a wide array of hostelries offering good pub food and drink.
Note: Situated in the Queen's Park area close to the school and the park itself. The Islingwood pub is situated close by along with many pubs in the Hanover area. On street metered parking is available. On street parking is available (Pay by Phone) and free parking is available after 8pm during weekdays on nearby Down Terrace and free at the weekends.
