Sometimes events can't always go ahead as planned, which may mean you have to cancel your performance or event.

We aim to action cancellations as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Please follow the below process to action a cancellation.

HOW TO CANCEL AN EVENT OR PERFORMANCE

To cancel an event or performance, email [email protected] with the following:

Email Subject Line

Please use one of the following formats depending on if you are cancelling a performance or your entire event.

  • EVENT CANCELLATION: [Show Name]
  • PERFORMANCE CANCELLATION: [Show Name] [Date(s) DD/MM]

Include in Body of Email

  • Reason for cancellation (state if it should be shared with ticketholders or kept confidential).
  • Optional: Message to send to ticketholders, otherwise Box Office will send a generic cancellation email.
  • Confirmation that the venue has been informed
  • CC in your Venue Manager or attach proof they have been notified
    • If not included, Box Office will CC in your venue manager in their reply
    • If for any reason you feel you cannot tell your venue manager, please contact the Artist and Venue services team directly ([email protected]) or highlight this in your email.

Next Steps

Cancellations will be actioned at the soonest possible time by the Box Office team after a request from an artist has been recieved. Ticketholders will be offered a transfer to an alternate performance date if available or a refund of their ticket cost.
