Booking Fee
We charge a £1.50 booking fee, up to a maximum of £6. This charge supports the charity to operate year-round and ensure the continued administration of Brighton Fringe.
Ticket Allocation
You are required to sell a minimum of 30% of your tickets (per performance) through the Brighton Fringe Box Office. The Brighton Fringe website is the first port of call for people wanting to buy tickets and a central source of information on all Brighton Fringe events – so it’s in your interest to sell tickets through this domain.
If you are a new venue and don’t already have a system for selling your own tickets, we recommend that you allocate 100% of the tickets to our Box Office.
THE FOUR STAGES OF ‘ON SALE’
Stage 1 – From Thursday 11th December 2025 at midday, tickets for Early Bird events will go on sale to Friends of Brighton Fringe only. These are people who have purchased a Friends Membership through Brighton Fringe.
Stage 2 – From Friday 12th December 2025 at midday, tickets for Early Bird events will go on sale to the General Public via. our website and over the phone.
Stage 3 - From Wednesday 18th March 2026 at midday, tickets for all events registered before the spring deadline (11th March 2026) will go on sale to the General Public via our website and over the phone.
Stage 4 - For all registrations after 5pm on the 11th March 2026 and our final registration deadline on 24th April 2026, events will go on sale on a weekly basis. This usually works that if an event has finalised by midday on the Wednesday, events will be live on the Friday of that week, with events registered after midday on a Wednesday going on-sale the following Friday.
