On Barren Hill (Work In Progress) - Brighton Fringe
On Barren Hill (Work In Progress)
A dreamlike, visually striking & ultimately hopeful Dance-Theatre show interrogating the relationship to the natural world-the tension between grief & growth-after infertility & loss. Bathe in a heady combination of movement, lyrical text, opera & projection.

Devised in & celebrating diverse environments across Europe, join a cyclical journey across a lush Czech climax forest, barren Mediterranean cliff edge & harsh shingle dessert before plunging into an acrid silver lake.

The work will feature co-created elements from creative workshops with women with lived experience of the themes.

There will be a post-show discussion at each performance & a small display of photography & artwork relating to the show's development. Fertility Network UK will also be present.

*Pine needle syrup cocktail/mocktail with each ticket*
