Following a sellout work in progress run in Brighton Fringe 2025 - Komedia New Comedy Award 2025 semi finalist Jordan Jones brings his debut standup and musical comedy hour back to the Brighton Fringe for 2026.
2014 was the second worst year of Jordan's life. He was working a dead-end job, his girlfriend left him, his band was breaking up, and he was still living with his mum (and not in a smart, saving money way). Apparently, living on a council estate and working at Sainsburys part-time wasn't a suitable backup plan for a failed music career.
Come and see Jordan Jones as he explores how he got into that mess in the first place, his attempts to better himself by moving to Brighton, and when 2024 knocked 2014 off the top spot for the worst year of Jordan's life, how a life threatening illness put everything he learned to the test.
Expect music, tales from working class suburbia, awful jobs, and overcoming the urge to forage for street furniture.
