Artist call out

We’re looking for a talented Brighton-based photographer/illustrator/graphic designer/animator to work with us on bringing our 2016 creative campaign to life.

Why submit your work?

"I like everything that Brighton Fringe promotes; it offers a great platform for talented people across all art forms in Brighton - applying was a no-brainer. Brighton Fringe gave me loads of freedom and trust in what I do." – Tim Cockburn, Brighton Fringe 2015 Cover Artist

•   See your work on 100,000 Brighton Fringe brochures, our website (250,000 unique visitors, 2015), outdoor banners at Fringe City on New Road and in other prominent locations across the city.

•   Your artwork will be used to create an animation promoting Brighton Fringe, as an advertisement on the MaxxMedia screen (Queens Road) and at launch events.

•   Add to your portfolio, gain valuable work experience at one of the largest fringe festivals in the world and meet lots of different people.

•   Opportunities are endless! Artists we’ve worked with have been able to work with our commercial partners, paint a huge mural in central Brighton, design merchandise and engage directly with our audiences.

“It was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Brighton Fringe were great to work with. More people started buying my work online, I was commissioned by a French magazine as well as having other projects in the pipeline including with Network Rail.”  - Carlos Garde-Martin, Brighton Fringe 2013 Cover Artist

Will you be paid for this?

We are able to contribute £1000, which can be put towards expenses.
