Vibrations from Mars is an immersive, theatrical, drag, yoga and sound meditation show, led by certified yoga and meditation teacher Gaylien de Mars. Gaylien will lead the audience through a handful of restorative yoga postures, intertwined with theatrical sound meditation performances, using sound bowls, vocals, koshi chimes, steel drum and more, creating a sensory-rich, deeply relaxing experience.
In this show, you’ll learn about the connection between sound, our bodies and the universe, as Gaylien, an odd little alien from Mars, demonstrates the link between vibrational sound and the cosmos.
