When the Wind Blows
By Brighton Little Theatre
With Donald's finger twitching on the nuclear button and Kim Jong Un flexing his ballistic muscles, who knows 'When the Wind Blows'? Raymond Briggs' darkly disturbing comedy follows Hilda and Jim Bloggs as they try to construct a nuclear fall-out shelter, armed only with a government pamphlet, a screwdriver, emergency rations and a protractor from their son's old school geometry kit. But will their makeshift shelter save them from the powers that be?
