So what gives some of us a confident swagger, and how can the rest of us get it? After decades standing at the back, comedian, Mel Byron, decided it was time to step forward and learn how to let her light shine.

Laugh along with recognition as Mel fumbles her way to the front combining her own story with science and history to see if, in the words of George Eliot, "It is never too late to be what you might have been."
