Shyness *isn't* nice but it can stop you from doing all the things in life you'd like to. It certainly did for Matt Roseblade. Little did he know that his family history contained all he needed to beat shyness. But when he did realise it, he was able to laugh in the face of shyness and get on with his life - better late than never. Matt's story encompasses David Attenborough, swan-theft, the Women's Institute and how best to embarrass you own kids. It's a roller-coaster ride that will leave you feeling ready to laugh in the face of your own shyness.
