Join artists Martha and Chess for a fun, insightful and creative dance workshop! The workshop will lead dancers on a creative journey that draws from the creative process in the making of their new work ‘Getting To Know You’. Dancers will explore new ways of moving & use breath to inform movement through guided improvisation tasks that provide creative structure to discover & deepen our understanding of self. Together we will learn & break down movement repertoire from the show & build on segments with new found movement material. We will connect deeper with ourselves through the joy of movement & dance.
