Sophia is a performance poet with three published collections of poetry and one novel. She has been anthologised by Bloodaxe, Nine Arches, and the Emma Press. For two years, she hosted the LGBT+ radio show Out in South London on Resonance FM, and she co-hosts and produces The Polari Podcast with Paul Burston. Her first non-fiction book will be published by Bloomsbury in Autumn 2022.

Heleana performs observational LGBTQ-friendly comedy at top venues across London including 21Soho, The Seven Dials Club, Blacks Club, Battersea Arts Centre and The Apple Tree. Recent wins: Comedy Virgins, and Rising Stars, both in September 2021.
