Will there be a physical brochure this year?
Following in the footsteps of Argos and IKEA, Brighton Fringe will not be producing a printed brochure in 2021 and will instead be reaching audiences in new ways. All events will be listed on the What's On page and the official Brighton Fringe app (download now) and the newsletter remains the best way to keep up with all the latest news about the festival (sign up here).
Will more events be added to the programme?
Yes! From 26 April, we will be dropping tickets for new events every two weeks leading up to the start of Brighton Fringe. Keep your eyes peeled!
Will my tickets be posted to me?
All tickets will be e-tickets this year, this comes in the form of your email confirmation after you've booked through our website, app or via phone. Download the app or log into the account area to access all your tickets.
I have a voucher/credit note/promo code. How do I redeem this?
In the basket area, click "add a promotional or gift voucher code". Enter your code here. You can also redeem over the phone. Our app currently does not support voucher codes.
How do I watch a digital event?
If you've booked a live streaming event, you will need to log into our website before the event starts. Once you're in your account page, click your tickets, and then follow the link to the event page, where the live stream will be hosted. You may need to refresh the page at the start of the event.
If you've booked any other digital event, follow the same steps as above. You can also come back to the event page at any time during its run to view the event again! Just make sure you're logged in to view. Even if you've booked an online event that isn't live-streamed for a specific date and time, you can view the event any time within its run.
Why can't I buy tickets for digital events through the app if I'm using an iPhone?
Due to the Apple App Store's rules, digital events are classed as 'in-app purchases', which our app is unable to support. Please visit the What's On page to book digital events.
I've booked tickets for events at Living Record or SweetStream - how do I watch these performances?
These are two digital venues at Brighton Fringe. Your tickets are booked externally through their websites. They will email you confirmation details about how to view your event. Contact Living Record or SweetStream for more information.
