Too Small To Tell
A black comedy one woman show about Lisa Rose's experience within the entertainment industries whilst working for Miramax Films. A show not, not about H@rv3y W3inst31n. Can an actress be successful without using her sexuality? Have things changed since the #metoo movement? The power dynamic between men and women in the workplace remains unbalanced. Lisa Rose worked for Miramax films as an assistant to HW in London. Her interview with the BBC sparked a flood of responses from women, all wanting to tell their own stories. In this one woman play, Lisa takes a wry look at a dark situation. She uses comedy to explore trauma, sexism and the patriarchy. The play begs the question what has changed since the #metoo movement? What can ordinary men and women do to change this power imbalance for the better?
