Thirty years ago, childhood friends Rod and Iris played an ill-fated gig at their school science fair. Today their band is reuniting for a one-off anniversary extravaganza. Will their experiment succeed, or will uncontrolled variables force them to abandon their hypothesis? A musical comedy about light, science and friendship for all ages, particularly aimed at 11-14 year olds.
Written and performed by award-winning science-singer-songwriter John Hinton, and award-winning comedian/performer Laura Mugridge. Directed by Kat Joyce. This is the brand new show by Ensonglopedia, whose many previous Brighton Fringe hits include the Puddle at the End of the World and Ensonglopedia of Animals. The science is fact-checked by Diamond Light Source and Sussex University.
