La Bella Bimba
Signore e signori... . La Bella Bimba! is in town! Meet the glamorous Carlotta and Cecilia and their... not so glamorous cabaret!

These two raucous Italian girls just landed in New York and are ready to shimmy you back to the 1930s. Set on the streets of Brooklyn with a double-act full of live music and flamboyant choreographies!

But just when you thought this was merely a sexy little Cabaret, remember our two extravagant heroines are not the most skilful when it comes to the English language... but don’t you worry! They’ll find a way to make you laugh and sing like you haven’t just experienced the Great Depression (it’s still the 1930s, after all!)

La Bella Bimba! is an exciting new cabaret about immigration and traditions, about personal growth and funky pink feathers. Expect clowning, live music and if you’re up to it... audience participation!

This new show is presented by the award-winning RUNT Theatre, a female-led collective celebrating untraditional heroines whose previous work includes, Pataflafla (Bridge House Theatre, London) and The Dripping Mirror (The Space Launchpad Award).

“A whirlwind of fine-tuned comedy, gorgeous music and the most joyful silliness I have experienced in the theatre for ages!” – Chris Yarnell (award-winning director)

“A bite-sized hors d'oeuvre of clown theatre. It's deft, daft, delightful, and breezy. If you like to laugh you're going to love this show!” – Christopher Brett Bailey (author of “This is How We Die”
