Finding a Physical Dialogue with Yourself and the other
In this workshop, we will focus on what the body wants to say and how it wants to express itself.

Letting go of everything we know or think we know, new findings in exploring your own body
language coming from within. Exploring how the outside is effecting you and your language and
how you can use that as a tool to play and create with. I will invite you to communicate through
the body with an open, transparant presence towards the other. Allowing yourself and the other to see you as you are.

We will warm up with opening the body in a physical way ( read: some sweat involved;) ), to let
anything that needs to be told come out and surrender. Creating a ‘clean page’ for improvisation, contact improvisation, composition - exploring what every new appearing composition means to you, relating to the other and the surrounding.

I will lead you fully through the workshop, give improvisational tools, encourage the participants to show themselves - same as for me - so we create an open and safe environment together where there is room for playfulness ;)

This workshop is for all kinds of movers, dancers and non-dancers.
